It’s been just a few months since I joined Synergi and like a sponge, I am learning and quickly developing insight and knowledge into the operation of new tax credits. My role as a Tax Service Manager and the day-to-day is to assist clients through the evolution of processing and maximizing the ERTC available under the CARES Act. I speak with clients on the phone regularly, research the impact the pandemic has had on the daily operations of each clients’ business, draft eligibility and impact analysis reports to prepare and provide to clients, and analyze which wages qualify for the tax credit under the CARES Act.
Synergi prides itself on working together and the best thing about my job is collaborating with a team every day and learning something new by the time I leave the office. It’s truly amazing how much everyone at Synergi is focused on helping our clients remain in business and continue to employ individuals in our community.
