Description:
The Marketing Manager will contribute to the success of the marketing organization through collaboration across all marketing teams, sales, partnerships, customer success and external agencies. This position will play a primary role supporting content development, lead generation, marketing operations project management and executive reports and dashboards.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who takes direction and follows through with the ability to add impact to all efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for lead generation and growth.
- Analyze and report on marketing initiatives with constant improvement.
- Support partner marketing and sales teams by creating assets leveraged in campaigns and across channels.
- Support integrated marketing efforts with content development and asset design.
- Help identify needed content and collateral to support the sales efforts of direct sales team and partners.
- Create and manage marketing dashboards, providing monthly reporting on key metrics and results across all campaigns and channels.
- Maintain version control of external facing assets.
- Manage editorial and content calendar.
- Provide backup support to the marketing team leveraging tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Webeo, Zoho, Vidyard and Asana.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent proven experience in start-up environment who can multi-task throughout the day and across the organization.
- A self-starter who can execute tasks and projects with limited supervision.
- Ability to coordinate across numerous teams and perform in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proven project management experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
