Employee Retention Credit for Employers Affected by Qualified Disasters

The Employee Retention Credit for Employers Affected by Qualified Disasters (Disaster ERC) helped employers who retained employees while recovering from qualified disasters.

Currently, Synergi is not processing the Disaster ERC because the period to claim this credit has expired. Synergi will continue to monitor proposed and new legislation and will assist clients with the Disaster ERC should it be reinstated by Congress.
